When is the best time to take newborn photos?
The ideal time for classic sleepy newborn photos is between 5-15 days after birth. However, we love photographing babies at any age, so if you're baby is a bit older, don't worry!
Additionally, a lifestyle newborn photoshoot allows for more flexibility with baby's age.
What happens if my baby cries?
Toddler meltdowns and fussy babies are completely normal. We never rush a session; we build extra time into every family shoot for feeding, diaper changes, and cuddles, to ensure happy little ones in every shot.
What's the difference between lifestyle and fine art sessions?
Both lifestyle and fine art sessions are available for your newborn or family photoshoot.
In a fine art session, I will guide you in a series of structured poses, to capture the classic shots. Your gallery will include a limited number of painterly edited photos.
In a lifestyle session, I will prompt your family in natural interaction, capturing the moments and bonds. Your gallery will include all winning images, lightly color corrected for dreamy vibes.
Where do sessions take place?
Our studio is located in Chestnut Ridge (Monsey NY).
For outdoor sessions, I will guide you in choosing the most magical, hidden-gem location to fit the vibe of your session. I work with locations within the local Monsey/Spring Valley area, to minimize your travel times.

We'll work out the perfect wardrobe, location, and styling details to match your vision to perfection. The consultation will take place by phone call.
With an untimed session, we capture all the fun moments that tell your family's story. To ensure radiant, natural smiles and heartfelt candid moments, I encourage natural interaction and gently guide you throughout.
Your online preview gallery will be sent within 2 weeks of the photoshoot for you to select your favorites. Once you've confirmed your favorites, they will be edited to perfection, and delivered for you to cherish forever.
